Legacy is a very sweet filly that is going to be an awesome brood mare in the future due her fantastic bloodlines. Her sire wasn’t shown due to injury but he has produced an outstanding number of offspring and all but one has been colored. Her dam was also unshown due to an early hoof injury, but she dunalino herself and is registered with the NFQHA. With these color lines Legacy should be an awesome color producer. Her grandsire, Jaz Poco Goldun Blue, is a stallion who has earned his ROM in Reining in both AQHA & IBHA and also is a NRHA money earner. He has been featured on many covers of magazines and has gained the 1998 MHBHA Reining Champion award along with many others. Legacy’s granddam, Sierra Gold Sequin, is a full sister to Sierra CelebrityGold and Sierra Covergirl who have made their mark on the show circuit. Legacy’s grandsire, Snipper Music, was successfully shown, winning Snaffle Bit Futurities, reinings and cuttings. Snipper was an athlete with lots of cow that enjoyed his job immensely.
Legacy can be registered with the NFQHA herself and she would be around 86%. She has had her feet trimmed, has been wormed, loves to be groomed, has been given a bath, and has started horsemanship training. I have only begun working with her with horsemanship training and she is responding well. I have also started flexing her in order to make her soft and supple for when she begins the riding process. She loves to gain affection from people and is willing to obey anything that they tell her to do. She is going to be a wonderful broodmare, trail horse, or show horse as she gets older. This picture was taken in November and since then she has lost some weight but she still looks good. I am hoping to get recent pictures soon.
