Nellie Blue Streak aka Nova is a 14.3 hand 8 year old stock paint quarter horse. She has been used for many things however she is built and works better for speed events and around cows. Amazing mare that is ready to take you to the top. She's real stout/thickly built, nice BIG BUTT, with outstanding confirmation!!! She does barrels, Pole bending, Team penning/ Sorting, Goat Tying, Trails, reining and I have even done halter in hand and showmanship and she has placed every time. She has had one beautiful filly that is about 4 or 5 now.She baths, clips, ties and stands for farrier. She doesn't have any problems that most barrel horses do, she walks in and out of the arena. I have ran her through them a couple times however for the most part kept her at a hand gallop. The fastest I personally have ran her was 19.21 sec. My horse trainer before me has also won on her as a three and four year old.I personally have won a belt buckle and ribbons on her and I can show you if you need proof.She does great with loading in and out of the trailer you can tie her and leave her all day if you like.She is broke and is level 5 in parelli. She is great in the round pen and I mean great all you have to do is cluck and shes comes right in and is ready for more.No buck, rear, or kick. I have used her as a trail horse and is great my parents have even taken her out, she does great in the arena also. She needs to have an intermediate rider. Great around cows and other horses.
