Miss Sugar Parr is a very kind and easy going mare. She has been ridden in parades, rodeo grand entries, at camp outs and has been used in Oregon mountains for gathering cattle. She does not spook, buck, bite or rear and she is incredibly surefooted. Despite her age she is in great health. She is a smooth ride, neck reins and moves off of leg cues. She was originally trained by an NRCHA hall of fame trainer as a reining horse. She does not need or wear shoes and she does require any special care.
