15.3 Chestnut TB horse for lease - lease agreement negotiable. Price will range from $140 - $220.00 with barn chores reducing lease amount.

He is very personable, one of the barn favorites and willing to please. He has a brain and does not act like a TB unless you ask him to.

Barn is 10 mins off 93 and 15 mins off 495.

Miles of trails.

Excellent horse for someone who has been taking lessons and wants to try a lease, or excellent for intermediate to advanced rider.

Goes english or western - equipment for both provided. All you need to have is a helmet (I have an adjustable you can use, but you really should invest in one of your own)

Requirements: Be under 6' and under 185 lbs. Also feel comfortable in the walk, trot, and canter.
